Our club’s annual Oktoberfest will take place on Saturday, October 12 from 2-6 p.m. at the Battlefield Brew Works Brewery. This year’s event will feature authentic German cuisine and a nine person German music band. Tickets for the event will be available soon through multiple locations and outlets. Shannon Harvey at the request of President Brad gave those in attendance an overview on what her Fulbright studies will consist of. Harvey, who was born and raised in Adams County will spend three weeks in France analyzing and providing feedback on the France’s healthcare delivery systems and how the French train and educate their allied healthcare workers. France has a socialized form of medicine and is rates as one of the top 10 countries in the world regarding healthcare. We are very proud of you Shannon!!! |
